The GlowCo x Hydrinity Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by GlowCo MedSpa LLC, DBA GlowCo Wellness + Aesthetics (“Sponsor”), 7400 S Power Rd, Unit 126, Gilbert, AZ 85297.
Open to legal residents of Arizona who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Hydrinity, and their respective affiliates, agencies, and prize suppliers, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members of each, are not eligible.
The Promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. MST on Monday, August 3, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. MST on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Arizona time governs all dates and times.
There are two ways to enter. Both methods provide an equal chance of winning. Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Promotion, regardless of entry method. Duplicate entries will be counted once.
Method 1: Complete a qualifying appointment. Complete any facial, chemical peel, or microneedling service with Cruz Weltz (“Cruz”) at Sponsor’s Gilbert location during the Promotion Period. Appointments may be booked online, by phone at (480) 770-2633, or in person, and may be booked before or during the Promotion Period, but the appointment itself must occur on or before Tuesday, August 25, 2026. Appointments that are canceled, not attended, or rescheduled to occur after the Promotion Period do not earn an entry.
Method 2: Free entry. No purchase or booking is necessary. To enter for free, complete the entry form at https://round-brook-71759.myflodesk.com/oni3aosbux with your full name, phone number, and email address. Free entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period. By submitting the entry form, you will be subscribed to Sponsor’s email newsletter; you may unsubscribe at any time without affecting your entry.
One (1) winner will receive: (a) a Hydrinity product package consisting of one (1) full-size unit of each Hydrinity product stocked by Sponsor as of August 3, 2026, approximate retail value $1,081; and (b) one (1) Complete Glow facial performed by Cruz at Sponsor’s Gilbert location, approximate retail value $175, to be scheduled by the winner and completed by November 30, 2026, subject to appointment availability. Total approximate retail value: $1,256. Actual value may vary. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any component of the prize with an item of equal or greater value if a component becomes unavailable. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. The prize must be claimed in person at Sponsor’s Gilbert location.
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about Wednesday, August 26, 2026, conducted by Sponsor or its designee. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by phone, email, or Instagram direct message within three (3) days of the drawing and must respond within five (5) days of notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. The potential winner may be required to verify eligibility and sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, and, except where prohibited, a publicity release, before the prize is awarded.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and photograph for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these rules. Sponsor’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding.
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Hydrinity, Meta Platforms, Inc., and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
Information submitted with an entry will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used to administer the Promotion and notify the winner.

The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
